Conference with a wide range
Also in this anniversary edition of the IT-Tage, we have set ourselves the goal of being the only IT conference in the DACH area to map the entire spectrum of developer, architecture, admin and management topics: from architecture & design, microservices, IT security, artificial intelligence, data access and storage, IT leadership, agile, performance and optimization to application development with Java, . Net and app environments, analysis & optimization, requirements engineering, UX design, test and quality as well as system integration.
Database topics have always been an integral part of the IT days. Here, too, emphasis is placed on a manufacturer-independent range of current database technologies: Whether Oracle DB, MS SQL Server, MariaDB/MySQL, PostgreSQL, Hadoop and Big Data, NoSQL databases – the IT days look at a great variety and possibilities. Across all topic tracks, developer topics such as DevOps, Continuous Integration, Microservices, Containerization and Industry 4.0 – and in addition, emerging and forward-looking topics such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning play an important role.
In addition to the technical focuses, we have a wide range of other topics: IT and society, new work, but also ethical aspects and the question “How do we all shape our future?” are areas in which we want to develop visions and stimulate reflection. What is our responsibility as software developers? Do we even have such a thing as an ethical responsibility? How do we want to shape our future and that of our society? How do we want to live in 10, 20 or 30 years? What happens when the AI takes over many activities? Do we have nothing more to do then? Do we still make money? Does everyone need a basic income that AI generates? Will we just write and think? Or do the machines themselves? Does the future just happen? Or can we – all of us – actively shape the future? These are important questions, the answers to which we want to create together with all who enjoy it.
