The Women in Agile Tokyo Conference is an event for agile leaders who practice agile within their organizations and support its adoption and spread.
Although the event is titled “Women in Agile,” it is not limited to women. To help us create safe and healthy workplaces that respect all forms of diversity, participants are invited to share practical know-how, successes, failures, and ideas they are nurturing. It’s also a place to find peers and mentors—and to seek advice if you have challenges.
After the keynote speech, discussions will be held using the Open Space Technology (OST) format, in which participants themselves propose topics on the day and engage in dialogue. In parallel, selected talk sessions chosen through an open call will be conducted. The keynote and talk sessions will be live-streamed online.
