With all of the challenges agilists are facing (layoffs, role transformations, how to reframe and upskill yourself, AI, and future sensemaking), we thought this year we would focus on topics to encourage the THRIVING of Agile Coaches, Change Agents, Scrum Masters, Consultants, and Leaders in what have become the most challenging times in the Age of Agile.

NOTE: The submission deadline is July 1st, 2026, so please keep that in mind!
