If you’re visually creative and love turning ideas into clear, attractive designs, this role is for you!
As our Canva Designer, you’ll support the other Coordinators to post events, guest blogs, social media and newsletters by creating visuals that help Agile Gatherings look professional, engaging, and on-brand. From quote cards and event banners to speaker highlights and blog visuals, your designs will enhance how our content shows up online.
You’ll receive ideas or draft content from other team members and use Canva to turn them into well-aligned, visually consistent designs. You’ll work with templates (or create new ones) and contribute to our evolving visual identity.
What makes you a great fit:
🟣 You enjoy visual design and are confident using Canva
🟣 You can turn content into visuals that are clean, clear, and attractive
🟣 You collaborate well and respond positively to feedback from the team
🟣 You’re consistent with branding and comfortable using templates or creating new ones
🟣 Your English is fluent enough to ensure text on designs is correct and polished
🟣 You like being behind-the-scenes support that helps the whole team shine
🟣 Ability to commit an average of 1 or 2 hours per week
