As our Event Content Coordinator, you’ll help keep the Agile Gatherings website fresh, relevant, and valuable by publishing new events and call-for-speaker opportunities. Your contributions will ensure our visitors always have access to the latest and most exciting Agile happenings around the world.
In this role, you’ll receive event submissions, format and upload them to our website, and double-check for accuracy. You’ll also reach out to event organizers for missing information or updates, and maintain a clean, consistent event calendar that serves our global Agile audience.
What makes you a great fit:
🟣 You’re detail-oriented and comfortable working with web-based tools or CMS platforms (like WordPress)
🟣 You enjoy structured, task-based work and take pride in accuracy
🟣 You can write and edit short summaries clearly and professionally
🟣 You feel confident communicating with event organizers to clarify or update listings
🟣 Your English is fluent and suitable for publishing on a professional platform
🟣 Ability to commit an average of 2 to 3 hours per week
