As our Newsletter Coordinator, you’ll be in charge of crafting a monthly email that keeps our Agile community informed, inspired, and involved. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys writing, organizing content, and sharing stories that matter.
Each month, you’ll collect highlights like upcoming events, fresh blog posts, and exciting announcements. You’ll write and format a visually clean, easy-to-read newsletter that reflects our brand and voice. You’ll collaborate with the team to choose what’s worth spotlighting and keep our subscribers in the loop.
What makes you a great fit:
🟣 You have excellent writing skills and know how to make content clear, concise, and engaging
🟣 You’re confident using (or willing to learn) tools like Mailblue (ActiveCampaign)
🟣 You’re organized and enjoy curating content from different sources
🟣 You collaborate well and take feedback constructively
🟣 Your English is (near) native and polished for a professional audience
🟣 You understand the value of consistency and good formatting
🟣 Ability to commit an average of 2 hours per month
