The Agile Castle Camp is a non-profit event which the organizers want to bring to the Bavarian world, specifically to the Schlosshotel Neufahrn, Bavaria, based on a shared idea that originated at the Agile Coach Camp Austria.
It is the German-language camp for Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, People Leads, managers and basically for any Agile practitioner who works with teams and organizations.
The camp is an open space by agile practitioners for agile practitioners, true to the motto: Sharing is Caring.
Open Space
The camp takes place in an Open Space format on all three days . There is no predefined agenda, and the program is created on-site by the participants themselves, who want to contribute their experience, knowledge, and passion, in a self-organized and self-directed manner.
