Welcome to our brand new page for Agile Castle Camp 2025 at the Schlosshotel Neufahrn, Bavaria.
The camp is an open space of agilists for agilists, according to the motto: Sharing is Caring.
Our vision
We, the organizers, are long-standing agilists and have decided at the Agile Coach Camp Austria to bring a castle edition to Bavaria.
And so we now invite all interested agileists, whether from Bavaria, Germany, Austria or Switzerland, to exchange ideas with us for a weekend and enrich each other with knowledge from the agile world.

The Agile Castle Camp is a non-profit community event, which only charges the cost of accommodation, food and use of the premises from the hotel.

The Agile Castle Camp is a non-profit event that the organizers want to bring from a common idea, which arose at the Agile Coach Camp Austria into the Bavarian world at the Schlosshotel Neufahrn.
It is the German-speaking camp for Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, People Leads, Executives and actually for every Agilest who work with teams and organizations.
Open Space
The camp takes place on all three days in the open space format. There is no predefined agenda and the program is self-organized and self-responsible on site by the participants who want to contribute their experience, knowledge and passion.
