Today we know that the threats are many and varied: competition is lurking, anyone can get into any industry, the climate phenomenon requires us to change business models so that they are sustainable for the planet.
And those of us who are part of organizations increasingly need our work to be consistent with our purpose.
Whatever position you occupy in an organization, you are part of this evolution. What do organizations need today and will they continue to need for this evolutionary wave to be positive?
Some questions that we want to explore collectively are: How do we believe we contribute to organizational evolution today? How do we imagine our participation in the evolution of organizations? What do we need to learn to contribute to the evolution from now on?
