10 years since the first AOC.
In this Agile Open Camp of Bariloche 2025 we want to invite you to talk about the past, present and future of Community Agility:
What do we need to treasure and celebrate from what happened in these 10 years?
What results can we reap from our practice?
What do we want to sow for the future of our community?
To answer these questions we call for about three actions:
We see the Celebration as an appreciative act of sustaining and expanding achievements, learning, significant moments and collective impacts. We imitate the monkey who-doesn’t-see 🙈, because we want to “close our eyes and look inside us”, to find those milestones in our history that we want to treasure.
We listen to the Harvest as a conscious act of capturing and recording learning, results and connections. It happens when we connect with what we harvest, and we are inspired by the monkey that-does not-listen 🙉, because we listen carefully to what is important, filtering the noise to stay with the harmony that allows us to create symbols and find patterns.
We talk about sowing as an intentional practice that chooses seeds and prepares the soil thinking about what we want it to grow in the future. We are challenged by the monkey-who-does-not-speak 🙊 to carefully choose the words we sow, knowing that through them we can create realities and open the door to new futures.
And you, what are you going to want to celebrate, harvest and sow in the AOC Bariloche 2025?
