What is the Agile Unconference?
Agility is not a state, but an attitude that we are constantly working on! Agility is the art of taking small steps. As the first open space event of the agile community in Switzerland, the Agile Unconference offers the platform for inspiration, development and networking.
You bring the topics!
There is no predefined schedule, no tracks and no sponsors. Rather, you define the agenda.
You get into the topics of the other participants. So at the end all are winners. At earlier Agile Unconferences, for example, agile methods, leadership, dealing with difficulties, tech or tools & hacks were discussed. From management topics to the lean portfolio to the smallest detail of the BizDevOp, everything has been represented in recent years.

The colorful mix is success. Last year, we were able to welcome a colorful and lively community from the boss to the employee, from large companies or from the software boutique around the corner, from the industrial company to the high-tech company.
A good opportunity to meet “the others” and exchange ideas with them.
