Business Agility Nuremberg (BAN) is a blend of conference and open space for the agile community in the Nuremberg metropolitan region. We also offer agile simulations, games, warm-ups, and coaching sessions. Here you can network, exchange ideas, and expand your knowledge.
And why is it called Business Agility Nuremberg? We want to explore the topic of “agility” in its entirety. Firstly, we want to demonstrate how agility can work in software development, but also in all other (non-IT) areas. Secondly, BAN provides a platform for both team-level agility and scaled forms of agility. Our aim is to present agility as an approach for the entire company (Business Agility), moving beyond buzzwords and clichés. Less talk, more customer value.
