Business Agility Nuremberg (BAN) is a mixture of conference and open space for the agile community of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. We also offer you agile simulations, games, warm-ups and coaching sessions. Here you can network with others, exchange ideas and expand your knowledge.
And why is Business Agility Nuremberg called that? We would like to look at the topic of “agility” in its entirety. On the one hand, we want to show how agility can work in software development but also in all other (non-IT) areas. On the other hand, both agility at team level and scaled forms of agility find their place on the BAN. Our aim is to present agility as an approach for the entire company (business agility), away from buzzwords and clichés. Less blah, more customer value.
