Agile Swarming 2026 will be held April 16th, 2026 in Krakow.

This year main topic is “Back to Simplicity!”

Formats

• Talks (30 mins): Share your journey, spark conversations with a structured presentation of a case study or research, followed by Q&A.
• Lightning Talks (15 mins): Focus on one core idea or lesson in a highly concise, rapid-fire presentation, delivering maximum impact in minimum time.
• Workshops (2-4 hours): Lead a practical, hands-on session where attendees learn and practice concrete skills and methods for simplifying complex work.
• Discussion Group (45 mins): Define a challenging thesis and moderate a conversation, offering diverse perspectives and engaging the participants in a deep exploration of the topic.
