We are looking for contributions aligned with the official Call for Speakers brief:
- Evidence-based real-world practice
- Demonstrated impact on performance
- Sector-specific relevance
- Human-centered decision making
- AI & Obeya (special topic)
- Strategic interest areas – While all high-quality contributions are welcome, the Summit is particularly interested in:
- Performance management, portfolio governance, large-scale programs, transformation governance, connected Obeya networks, operational boards, Six Panels innovation, sector-specific design principles, and evidence of multi-room maturity.
