KANBANcamp is entering its second round. In 2026, the Kanban community will come together again for two days to exchange ideas about Kanban and evolutionary change management. We will be offering an English track again. Beginners and experienced practitioners are equally welcome.

As a barcamp, KANBANcamp lives from its participants. Everyone can propose sessions: talks, workshops, discussions, or Lean Coffee. There are no pre-booked speakers and no fixed agendas. The program takes shape on the day. The community brings its expertise and curiosity.
