What is the goal?
There are many conferences of different formats. When planning Kanban Day Poland, we want to offer a place and space to enable people who are already implementing Kanban to meet and share their stories of successes and failures.
A little different, or…
We want to avoid rushing from one presentation to another and that’s why we combine:
- traditional speeches,
- reliable Open Space formula,
- interactive tool presentations,
- time to talk during breaks,
- and for those interested, an afterparty.
Sure rules
At most similar events, it is not known how many seats there are, what the money is going to, who is paying for what and who is sponsoring what. Let’s try it differently:
- we only have 70 places at the conference. This is the WIP limit. More won’t fit.
- we pay speakers and volunteers to come to the event.
