RSG Conference (English name: Regional Scrum Gathering®) is China’s largest annual agile carnival industry event, which began in 2008.
With the explosive growth of artificial intelligence and intelligence in 2026, Scrum and agile development must also change. This activity will discuss how to adjust the framework to adapt to the human-computer hybrid team, shorten the iteration cycle, and how to regard artificial intelligence as real team members, and require them to communicate and collaborate clearly.
