Women in Agile Europe

This conference is for all genders, but the stage is reserved to women and non-binary speakers only.

In order to gain the proven benefits for conferences that have a balanced (gender) diversity,
it is important to include more women (and all other ‘minorities’) as (keynote) speakers at agile conferences.
Last years we made progress, but we are not there, yet! We still need to make the big step.

Therefore our motto this year is “Bloom, build, belong“.
