Women in Agile Tokyo

    Hybrid

The Women in Agile Tokyo Conference is an event designed for “Agile Leaders”—those who practice and promote Agile within their organizations. While the name includes “Women,” this is not a women-only initiative. Instead, it aims to create a safe and inclusive workplace that respects all forms of diversity. The conference provides a space to share practical knowledge, success stories, challenges, and new ideas. Participants can connect with peers and mentors and seek advice on any concerns they may have.

After the keynote speech, the conference will use the Open Space Technology (OST) format, where participants propose topics on the day of the event and engage in discussions. Simultaneously, selected talk sessions from an open call for speakers will be held. The keynote and talk sessions will be streamed online.

Organizers: Women in Agile Tokyo Executive Committee

Sponsors & Supporters: Scrum Gathering Tokyo Executive Committee

This conference requires a participation fee to cover essential expenses. The organizing committee operates on a volunteer basis with a minimal team. The collected fees will be used primarily for expenses related to the conference, such as speaker fees, venue costs, catering, and equipment. The Enterprise Agile Study Group will co-host the event and cover part of the venue costs. Administrative payments will be handled by the Scrum Gathering Tokyo Executive Committeefree of charge.
