Biography
With over two decades of experience, across various sectors, including business management, telecommunications, IT security, logistics and shipping, pharmaceuticals, and fintech, Allen has honed a versatile skill set.
Allen had the privilege of engaging with esteemed organizations such as A.P. Møller Maersk, Novo Nordisk, Schneider Electric, Nokia, Svitzer, Cardlay, Rambøll, and Secunia. His commitment to the leadership and organizational development has been a driving force since 2013.
Throughout his career, he delivered professional coaching, mentoring, and educational services to the leaders and organizations, fostering their growth and development. He is dedicated to creating environments where employees are empowered to thrive, recognizing that leadership shapes organizational culture, which in turn influences leadership. Together, he builds awareness of the existing organizational culture and work towards cultivating the desired culture, leveraging existing strengths. He is always starting with understanding of the context organization and focusing on inside-out approach.

For him learning never ends and he is holding different credentials including: ICF-ACC, IC Agile (ICP-CAT, ICP-ENT, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, ICP-SYS), Applied Leadership Growth and Mindset, Psychological Safety, Agile Change Management Leadership, CAL 1, CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM.
Coaching Models
Currently, Allen is in the process of developing proprietary coaching models named V.A.L.U.E and B.A.L.A.N.C.E. which he believes will support people’s growth. Beyond his professional pursuits, he enjoys culinary experimentation, cycling around Copenhagen, and global travel

As a speaker, he can offer the real cases scenarios, which are engaging and insightful, while in the same time the audience is engaged to share their experiences and learning. He is always focused to communicate the message clearly for the benefit of the audience.
