Isyani Noviasellie, MD, MSc is a Scrum Master and Agile Coach with over a decade of cross-industry experience spanning technology, insurance, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and international organizations. She has been working in the IT industry as a Scrum Master for many years, coaching Agile teams to improve collaboration, strengthen Scrum practices, and delivering value in complex product development environments.
With a strong background combined with people-centric leadership, Isyani specializes in Agile coaching, facilitation, and team development. She supports teams and organizations in adopting Agile ways of working, navigating complexity, and continuously improving their processes and outcomes. Her expertise includes Scrum, Agile coaching, facilitation, leadership development, and project management.
Prior to her work in the technology sector, Isyani accumulated many years of experience in healthcare as a medical doctor and also professionals across hospitals, health insurance, pharmaceutical, and public sector organizations.
Isyani holds numerous internationally recognized Agile certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I & II (PSM I, PSM II), Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I), Professional Scrum Kanban (PSK) Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills (PSFS), Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP), Scaled Agilist (SAFe 6), Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), and Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I). She is also a speaker in the Agile community and presented at the Online Scrum Master Summit 2025.
In addition to her professional work, Isyani has been a member of Toastmasters International for over a decade and holds the organization’s highest distinction, The Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), reflecting extensive experience in communication, leadership, and public speaking.
