Kim is a Solution Train Engineer (STE) and servant leader whose passion is relationship building, teambuilding, and coaching teams towards working better together to achieve more success.
Kim has over 30 years’ experience in retail, banking, aerospace, insurance and information technology. She jumped on the Agile train in 2017 with the privilege of being mentored by, and assisting the company’s Agile Transformation Leaders. Kim has worked with teams in measuring and reporting on metrics, release management, and facilitating large scale ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, Portfolio Alignment Wall, and Big Room Planning. As a Scrum Master, Kim has led multiple successful software development teams, both external and internal to Value Stream’s Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Currently, Kim is a Solution Train Engineer (STE). In this role, she works closely with the Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to coordinate solution delivery across the ARTs using servant leadership.
Kim holds a BS in Business Management and is a life-long learner who holds several certification including: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (CSM, A-CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
