Being a relentless and continuous learner I believe responsible failure invites learning moments in people, teams and organizations, especially in this digital age where change is the only constant. To me this is not only important just for the sake of learning: it is also about improving yourself and the organization you are in, iteratively and step by step – no matter how small each step.
Before working in my current position as Senior Business Consultant at Mobilee I worked for large consultancy firms supporting various client organizations on their journey towards continuous improvement with my execution power and almost limitless persistence and resilience. Living and breathing the Agile mindset with less bitter & more glitter I see this mindset as a key item in every digital transformation regardless of which framework, theory or model is further used to frame that change. What gives me most energy in my (working) life is having fun, making true connections with other people and being my own bright-colors-loving true self. Or in short: I like to be courageously curious and creative, in connection with those around me!
