Biography
Sara, the Enterprise Coach with a bachelor’s degree within Human Resource Management, thereafter a first job as a singer, she then entered as a trainee into an IT & Management Consultant company and was for the first time introduced to agility and Scrum.
Today she runs her own consultant company where she mainly coaches and consults – this with a special heart for Scrum teams and a passion for enabling leaders who serve to develop to their true potential. She strives to globally raise the profession of the role as an Agile Coach as well as the accountability of a Scrum Master. Therefore she became an Expert in Enterprise Coaching (ICE-EC) and also an ICAgile authorized instructor for the classes of “Enterprise Agile Coaching” (ICP-ENT) and “Coaching Agile Transformations” (ICP-CAT). She is a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) through Scrum.org as well. This while also operating as a Professional Coach (ICF-PCC).
She is using her voice to bring people’s true capacity forward without compromising on their well-being and is all in for a steady rhythm of heartbeats of humanization. When sharing space you will notice her powerful presence and questions.
