Simona Bonghez, Ph.D. is an author and international speaker, and Managing Partner of Colors in Projects, a training and consulting company based in Romania (www.colorsinprojects.ro). With an extensive experience in Agile Transformation projects, Simona is specialized in facilitating interactive and practical agile workshops, supporting companies in embracing new ways of working and managing projects. She is a strong advocate of experiential learning and use of game-based design in education.
Simona’s extensive experience of over 20 years in Project Management combined with her over 15 years of experience in adult education is a personal advantage. She transposes real-world challenges into the courses she teaches within the master programs at university.
On a global level, Simona is a member of the Board of Directors of the Project Management Institute -Global Accreditation Centre.
She holds a doctorate in sociology and is passionate about learning through simulation and role-playing games. Simona is also an accredited trainer in SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
