Interesting facts for both days
Schedule & Process
- 9 a.m.: Admission (both days)
- You do NOT need a printed ticket, we have a list of participants at the AGILE.RUHR reception
- There you register (please on both days!)
- You will receive your lanyards (the recognition of participants)
- After that you will receive (this is new this year) a consumption card every day (more on that later)
- Now you can go have breakfast
- 10 a.m.: Opening & session planning at the top of the winter garden
- 11:15 +/- 15 minutes: Start of the first sessions
- Saturday 5 pm & Sunday 4 pm: Closing in the winter garden
- On Saturday you can still self-organized after the official program plan further activities until 11 pm
Important
- The breakfast and lunch buffet (until 3 pm) is included in the participation, as well as non-alcoholic drinks and coffee specialties
- Additional snacks and alcoholic beverages offered on site are not included in the participation and you book them on your consumption menu
- On both days you hand in the consumption card when you leave and pay for what you have booked on the card outside of participation
- The consumption card also serves as an access card for the upper floors
- There is a parking garage directly at Limbecker Platz (opposite the Unperfekthaus)

We organize this barcamp to convince people of this idea. Companies can be changed both from above and from below. The focus of the Barcamp is always on the idea of eye level. Through the exchange from completely different perspectives, we would like to create an event in which each participant can take positive impulses into his company and thus spread the idea of agility.
