The Business Agility Nuremberg (BAN) is a mixture of conference and open space for the agile community of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. In addition, we offer you agile simulations, games, warm-ups and coaching sessions. Here you can network with others, exchange ideas and expand your knowledge.
And why is that the name of Business Agility Nuremberg? We would like to look at the topic of “agility” in its full breadth. On the one hand, we want to show how agility in software development can also work in all other (non-IT) areas. On the other hand, both agility at team level and scaled forms of agility find their place at the BAN. We are concerned with presenting agility as an approach for the entire company (business agility), away from buzzwords and clichés. Less blabla, more customer value.
