Possible Talk Topics / Topics

For Working Products 2026, we are looking for 18 talks and 6–8 workshops. Below are some example topics:

Focus on AI

• How can AI be successfully implemented in organizations to make product development processes more efficient, creative, and sustainable?
• Which AI use cases in digital products truly create value?
• Experiences with human–AI collaboration: Where do humans and machines best complement each other in product teams?
• Best practices and pitfalls: How is AI changing the day-to-day work of product owners, product managers, and developers?
• What ethical and cultural questions arise from the use of AI in products and organizations?

Product Topics

• How should company culture evolve to continuously create high-quality digital products and services?
• Focus, efficiency, resilience, empathy, and the ability to handle criticism – how do strong teams develop?
